Cementitious overlays are done over existing concrete floors for repair and decorative reasons. It could be colored or cementitious based. A well-designed and constructed concrete overlay floor provides excellent performance, in many cases extending the life of the floor surface for years.
Cementitious overlays can be applied in different thicknesses to level, smooth, and repair interior floors. In addition, overlay finishes can be applied with different textures if desired.
